The George Washington’s Choice Blanket is our oldest and most popular blanket design. Available in 6 colors, this heavyweight blanket is as decorative as it is warm. This heirloom-quality blanket is loom woven from American grown and spun cotton, and the design has a similar appearance to popular cable knit blankets.

The George Washington’s Choice is finished with a double needle plain hem on all four sides. Like all of our made in USA blankets, this blanket is woven and stitched at our family-owned mill in the beautiful state of Maine.

Exceptional quality and price

Love my new blanket

I searched online to find a quality product made in the US. I read the reviews on this blanket . My blanket was delivered yesterday and it is a great size for a king sized bed and the quality is outstanding

I have several Bates Mill bedspreads and throws. I was skeptical about the blankets but what a delightful surprise. The pictures do not do them justice. They are gorgeous and so warm and comfy. Now I need one on every bed in the house.
