Colonial Rose Bedspread
The Colonial Rose Bedspread features an all-over floral and palm leaf pattern that carefully balances the organic with the geometric. Notable for its lightweight, the Colonial Rose Bedspread is a great option for the warmer months or pair it with a blanket for year round comfort.
The Colonial Rose pattern was originally introduced in the 1950s but was later woven as a flat jacquard bedspread called "Brittany" in the 1970s. Though discontinued when Bates slowed its production of flat jacquards, the Colonial Rose was reintroduced as a lightweight matelasse bedspread in the early 2000s.
It has become an affordable favorite for those customers seeking the quality of the matelassé weave as well as a lighter weight bedspread.
Finished with scalloped fringe.
Also available as a coverlet (falls midway to the floor): Colonial Rose Coverlet.
