Colonial Rose Bedspread
The Colonial Rose Bedspread features an all-over floral and palm leaf pattern that carefully balances the organic with the geometric. Notable for being lightweight, the Colonial Rose Bedspread is a great option for the warmer months or pair it with a blanket for year round comfort.
The Colonial Rose pattern was originally introduced in the 1950s but was later woven as a flat jacquard bedspread called "Brittany" in the 1970s. Though discontinued when Bates slowed its production of flat jacquards, the Colonial Rose was reintroduced as a lightweight matelasse bedspread in the early 2000s.
It has become an affordable favorite for those customers seeking the quality of the matelassé weave in lighter weight fabric.
Finished with scallop fringe on three sides, round corners at the foot and a 21 inch drop.
Also available as a coverlet (12 inch drop): Colonial Rose Coverlet.
